Attend unlimited classes, receive a 4 week customized Meal plan AND a fitness plan with video demos for those days when you need a little more or want to fly solo.  $150.00

BOXING CARDIO AND KANGOO BOOT CAMP

We are super excited to launch our summer boot camp at DWF. Join us Monday – Friday at 5:30am for this invigorating workout and your customized meal plan is included.

 

Meet our Trainer Greg Lemons, a former pro boxing trainer and Military Special Forces member. Greg’s training on Mon – Wed will include boxing and military styled workouts to build those small and large muscle groups. Thursday join your “Sistah”, Dawn Wells for Kangoo Bootcamp. Finish off the week on Friday to stretch those muscles and center your energy through Yoga.
